Website Logo ‘Inked’
When I first set up this site, my good friend from Canada, Paul Riss offered to design the website logo. The design he created has become instantly recognisable as the logo of ‘The Inked Naturalist’.
As the website has developed along with my conservation projects, I guess you could say that me and the inked naturalist are pretty much the same thing. The next natural step was to have a re working of the logo as a tattoo! It soon became clear that the position of the tattoo had to be on my neck! Okay, so this won’t be to everyone’s taste; but if you are still shocked by my ink…..I should warn you there is almost certainly more to come! As with the rest of my tattoos, it is not important to me if individuals like or dislike them (though it is always cool when people like them). The point is people will notice them and hopefully ask me about them. This allows me to inform of the reason I got started with the whole tattoo-wildlife conservation project!
Yesterday I was back in the mighty Immortal Art Studio with logo in hand! My idea was to use the same shape; but go ‘Old School‘ with the swallow design. However after discussion with Richard we decided to do something different and go ‘New School‘. This was going to be epic! I found an idea for a design I liked and Kizzy re-worked it!

Then Richard worked his skill set on my neck to produce an absolutely epic interpretation of my logo!

I am really pleased with this one!
……………Oh and I got myself a haircut on the weekend!

Scary eh

Cool!! Will have stung a bit I guess…
